Hello! Mark here, a London based Personal Trainer dedicated to helping people to fitter, healthier, and strongest versions of themselves.
Over the years, I’ve developed a wide range of experience in various training methods, including cross training, functional fitness, CrossFit, and yoga. My focus has always been on being able to move well, building strengh and sustaining a healthy lifestyle. That journey led me to take the steps to become a certified Personal Trainer.

1 Session £80
5 Sessions £375 (£75 per session)
10 Sessions £700 (£70 per session)
Prices are available on request for bespoke partnered sessions.
Online Coaching

Bespoke training programme you can follow towards your specific goals

Nutrition guidance

Weekly check-ins to discuss progress, technique, barriers and solutions, adapt programmes and provide you with accountability, motivation and guidance.

Support when needed if you need to discuss a few things
£150 per month (3 month minimum term)
Bespoke Small Group Training (3-8 people)

Initial consultation
-
Bespoke training session or longer term programme for a group (3-8 persons). This could be for a celebration, a team training event, or a group working towards specific fitness goals.

Terms and Conditions

Invoices will be sent to clients and payments must be made before sessions. Card payments can be taken in person before sessions.

Purchases have an expiration date of six months from the day of purchase.

Online Coaching can be paid monthly.
